Hello from Eaglecampground

We will keep the prices reasonable, but we do have a lot of bills to pay.

Our campground is almost a mile long north to south, the main campground "Flatwoods" is going to be 50 and 30 Amp with full hookups. Hoping to be complete with the first 50 by Jan '18 and the balance up to 120 to 150 total by May '18. It really depends on the weather and the land that we can use.

The second campground on the property is on "Thompson Bench", we will have 10-15 primitive cabins (heat/air/electric) as of Jan '18, additional cabins as demand dictates.
Electric only sites will also be on "Thompson Bench" they will have less trees and the sites will be a bit smaller but the rates will also be reduced.

That builds out less than 1/2 of the usable land we have available. Additional build outs will be made as demand dictates. We have all kinds of plans for additional build outs including full amenity cabins, Hunter's cabins (no electric, ATV access only) swimming pool, water slides, zip lines and rope courses.

We are making a destination campground, slow but sure, by an inch it's a cinch, by a yard it's hard.

After looking at google maps (thanks for the GPS coordinates on the web site, address was unknown) I was thinking you would be close to the Mexican restaurant.
Although the cross and the porn shop will cover a diverse demographic, you might try something a little more neutral.
Looking forward to checking it out next time I'm down that way.

I'm glad to see stuff like this. Way too many shopping malls and such tempting people away from seeing the great outdoors. I haven't seen a sale or designer coffee yet that is anywhere near the equal to a lousy day on the trail.

I love the idea, I could see that happening in the near future.

I want to build the campground for you and your family, a destination where dad can ride the trails all day and the kids enjoy the playground, pool and other amenities.

As of right now we are excited about getting a building up, electric, water and sewage!!!

My 20 year old son and I were riding trails this week and he actually admitted that it was more fun than playing video games!!!
WOOOOOO!!!!!

I've been to a couple of their parks, they really make it a family camping destination.
Definitely something to shoot for.

I am just seeing this. Super happy you are doing this.

I am familiar with the area as I looked very hard at a significant chunk of
land behind the porn shop for building a KOA there. (Almost 10 years ago when the porn shop was a huge bible shop). This was before the ex-wife managed to take all of the capital I had available ....

Looking forward to seeing this come to fruition.

If there was one started, it was not by me. (did not see this again because my notifications are not working). I do recall there being a campground started between the Perkins (that was still open) and the porn shop around 2003 or so. It was small with tight spots and did nit fare well.

Will try to stop by during Takeover this year

Looks great! That's 1 thing I don't care about rrb. Your camping in an open gravel parking lot. Not much adventure having a bonfire there. Plus it's terrible Dusty with no trees or shade.

Might just have to cancel my res at rrb
