I am working on a grant application for our VFD. The skid unit on our 2000 Ford F-350 brush truck is leaking and the tank is cracked. The pump also failed to start and took out a circuit breaker on a fire in August. The DOI has a grant that would pay for a new one if we were lucky enough. However I could not find the door sticker. I would imagine when they painted the truck red it was removed. I can't really just take it to the elevator and weigh it as it already has a skid unit on it. I placed the VIN into a decoder and it gave me the attached information. I also have a screen shot of the questions the grant is asking. I am not sure how to read this information. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like the GVWR is 11200
They show the curb weight as being 5804, sum of the front and rear ( that seems really low but as a cab and chassis it's possible)
You would need to add the weight of any bed to that. You'd be better off weighing the truck for this number

Gvwr-curb weight gives you 5396lbs for payload and the bed and the crew
