so I have a 1000-5 deluxe. Most trails where I ride have a max of 64” width for machines. This becomes an issues if I want wider tires. I planned on going an inch bigger than stock and 10” all the way around. Is there a way to do this without getting over the current width. Do they make a rim that offsets the opposite way? Has anyone had this issue?

If you run your stock wheels and run 10s all the way around I think you will be fine. The front rim is not going to allow the tire to be any wider. You might have to run slightly more air in the rears so both front and rears stay the same circumference.

From my research, I believe 7 inch wide wheels with a 6+1 offset will retain stock width with 10" wide tires. 1" spacers on the rear are also needed to square up the rear width with the front.
I'm not 100% certain on this. Hopefully someone who has done this will chime in.

6+1 front wheels and 5+2 or 4+3 on the rear. STI HD9 make beadlocks that will keep your stock width. I made a bad choice and choose 5+2 all around 28/10/14 RipSaws. Rear 61/62” wide. Front 66”wide. I rub full lock reverse with a 27.5” tall tire on my Ricochet sliders. I have Sedona Split Six beadlocks. They dont make a 6+1 wheel, if they do I will buy two in a heartbeat.
