Honda factory roof push out windshield

Pioneer 1000-5 factory roof. Will it work with 3 position push out windshield?

Do you mean 3 position flip up?
If so, yes.

BUT.. there have been issues where the roof was not installed correctly.
Such as brackets not in the correct places and/or backward clamps.
If this is the case, it will appear not to fit until corrected.
