How many golfers do we have on the forum?

We have a place not too far away called Pursell Farms , I went to Auburn with the daughters of one of the brothers that owns it.

It is Toros testing grounds and the brothers owned the 2nd largest organic fertilizer company in the world, about 15 years ago they sold the Fertilizer company and invested in the golf course to open it to the public, then they brought Orvis Shooting grounds on site. You can play 18holes, eat a spectacular lunch and then shoot a round of clay that afternoon. Its my favorite place to take customers.

Holding onto your beverage isn’t the problem...holding on and hoping not to be thrown from the cart is! Golfing on men’s night while running a fast cart is an experience everyone should experience at least once.

Ha all my hobbies are expensive! I can't seem to find any that aren't.

Use snap caps for shooting, really cuts on on costs plus you don't have to walk down range and put those little stickers over the bullet holes in the paper targets.

A few weeks ago a client took me golfing at a course that was a little above my social status. About $150 each for a round but he was buying. Titleist had a smoking hot blonde there giving away golf balls. Folks were lined up.... That girl could've been selling mud in a swamp and still had a line.

I took up golf this summer and I'll admit that I'm hooked on it. I play at least once a week. It's one of the hardest sports I've ever played which also makes it so addictive.

Honestly I can’t stand titleist balls. It’s like hitting a sponge and always 20 yds short w/o feel at the green.

I’m more of a calaway or burner guy. Been that way since HS.

I throw the titleist balls from my yard back to the course.

A long time ago I was taught that being able to play golf will help your career if you desire.

I can honestly say it is true. As an engineer I’m always invited to atleast 3 paid outings a year.
