I was looking at those too... the price is pretty reasonable, and all you have to do is plug it in to the accessory outlet. I like that it's a simple install, but they look huge... I'm going to see if I can find a version that uses 4" speakers in a more compact package. When you get yours installed, post some pics.
Yes you are correct it's pretty big but it was the best bang for buck for now. Once I figure out where I'm going to attach it, I will post a few pictures.

Looks pretty good, how much will it cost? And how do you see to adjust the radio, seems like it would be in an awkward spot?

For a box like the one in the pic $250. for just one with a radio and speakers $175. I built this one around my use of Bluetooth.i use my phone all the time. I turn the radio all the way up and control the volume with my phone. if need be I can build one with the radio facing down.

This box I built for me is just a proto type. I can produce more just like it or it can be changed. I like custom work. if people have different wants or needs I can reconfigure the box.

I like it, but I'm quite sure I'd hit my head on it.

I can make a box with a different design. I want to give people with Pioneers a cheaper option. It's not cool paying $400 to $500 for music.

For 85 bucks on Amazon the Sound Storm BTB6 amplified sound system might be what you're looking for. It fits under the hood of the 500 like Honda built it that way. It pairs perfectly on Bluetooth, is water resistant and cranks out 450 watts. The treble is a bit muffled from being under the hood, might cut in some speaker grilles later. But, for less than 100 bucks and it doesn't clutter up the cab, is concealed (i.e. no theft concerns), sounds decent, and you can hose it down after a muddy ride. Works for me.

Repurposed my 600w Shark motorcycle radio to the sxs, under $100, waterproof speakers, BT, USB, SD card, FM, wired and wireless remote. Put speakers under hood for more bass sound. Fits fine with power steering and storage box under the hood. Radio unit is in
the Chooglin glove box.
