I bent a metal strap like shown....

I cut a slit in the plastic and inserted on the front side. On the back side I drilled the frame and put a self threading bolt in place. I also used that bolt as a ground point.

I put some 3M adhesive tape under it to prevent damage to the battery.

I used some very dense foam rubber and wedged it between the battery well wall and the battery. It seemed to really secure the battery and I had to use pliers to remove it. Not trail proven (I'm quite sure it would have done fine) and I have since decided to move the battery to under the drivers seat...
