P1000 I-4WD problem

Hi guys! Im having a problem with My 2018 pioneer 1000-3 le I-4WD, when it log when its on 4wd it sound like a stripping yoke, a bang noise, with a loose washer sound or whatever! But everything seems working fine. Anybody knows what this might be?

Sounds like sub trans issues, not 4wd problems.

That's what I was thinking. Sounds like maybe he's getting the grind and bang in low.

Its probably the low side going out of the sub transmission.

It does on every gears, hi or low

There is a cable adjustment for the front diff to lock the driveshaft to the front differential. It's on the passenger side, behind the axle. There is a plastic cover over it. It might need to be tightened as the cables do stretch.

Pretty easy to reach in there and give it a few rounds and see if it fixes it.

Looked and sounded like it was doing it in 2wd also. Hard to say what that is. Maybe pull around on the driveshafts and check the motor mounts...? The front diff not engaging makes a popping and/or spline grinding noise in 4wd only.
