I mentioned Harley, but those retards put motor oil in the primary and transmission. Now who wouldn't argue that a transmission, primary w/clutch and a crankcase don't have entirely different properties...I'm a firm believer in gear lube on gears and motor oil in a crankcase.
Old school perhaps, but that's just me, otherwise, you're just asking for trouble...BUT it is cheaper to dump in one oil in all three holes and CHEAPER yet to just have one hole and gamble the MAJORITY of units sold make it out of the warranty period...It's all about the money and corporate profit.
