Make sure that you check out the tires on the trailer. The factory tires are only rated for 70 mph and the overall load rating is not as high as the axle.
I have no idea what the list price on what you describe is but one of my riding buddies got one with a used 2016 XP 1000 Polaris in early 2020. The popo has a aftermarket roll cage, GMRS radio, nice GPS and a vortex type pre-cleaner for his air intake and with only 1500 miles on it for $16,000. Another riding buddy is selling his 2019 XP 1000 rock crawler with ICOM radio and new 32 inch tires for $19,000 without trailer and it will probably sell quickly. Covid has caused the prices on everything to go up.
True on the upward prices and unavailability, but it wasn't as much covid as it was the administrations response to it. All the bailouts, no pay-back loans to companies (ostensibly to keep employees on payroll - my company didn't ask for or take a nickel on principle), and all the folks staying home instead of working.
I picked up the Aluma UT12 today, $4600. Fixed a couple of minor things, then added a strap to help this old man when pulling out the ramp. I used a 1-1/2" wide scrap of nylon tie down strap, and a handle length (about 6") of 3/4" rubber heater hose. Suitable length is looped around ramp center, then ends are folded over and one is pushed through hose and pulled through so the end can be folded and overlaid with the other end - then both can be pulled through and ends knotted so there's a knot on each side of handle (a 1" heater hose would probably let the knots meet in the middle, but either way works fine). Don't have to bend over when pulling it our or putting it back, saves the back!

Sorry no pics on this. I used a digital "crane scale", with a chain on tractor front loader, to measure tongue weight. With 1K-5 facing forward on the trailer, it was reasonably close to centered fore & aft on the trailer deck, and showing 296 on the scale. Moving the sxs forward or back even a few inches, makes a fairly significant difference in tongue weight. I guess that's because the engine (center of mass) is fairly close to centered over the axle.
Figuring out what I want to do for tie downs is next. Suggestions welcome, though I've pretty much decided on over the tire straps and will use portable rubber chocks when loading to stop the sxs in the right place. Why portable? 'Cause I have several sets at the hangar and have sold all the planes except the one in my avatar.

Good looking trailer. When I set the balance on mine, I screwed together a “T” post that would fit in the trailer coupler and the used a bathroom scale to measure the tongue weight. I set my weight at 275# and it tows great.
Thanks for that info. I didn't get a *great* deal, but I did get the *only* deal available within any semi-reasonable distance (10 miles in this case) . . . so there was that. 🤔
Just for grins (or frowns), I mentioned that the Aluma UT12 cost me $4,600. I purchased my first car back in 1967, a Triumph TR4A sports car with wire wheels, overdrive etc. If I recall correctly (and that's always suspect at my age) the car cost a lot less than the trailer, around $3,400 . . . paid for with my Navy re-enlistment bonus. (They gave ET's up to $5K to ship over, which was big money to me back then.)

Picked up a Sure-trac 10x6.5 for my P1000-5. Fits fine but not much room for anything else.

That’s a nice looking trailer. I hope that you’re installing some kind of wheel straps or bonnets on the rear also. If you were to be involved in a wreck without the back end tied down as well as the front, you’ll have the roof of the sxs on the back of your tow vehicle.

It has corner tie downs I plan to use, don’t want anything in the way of bike loading.
You could use a 3ft piece of e-track on each side and it wouldn’t interfere with a couple of bikes.
