I've never seen any where we usually put the kayaks in. Think it might be too shallow for them, nothing to eat. See them all the time on the deeper side of the river.
The wheels, axel and mount slides out from the bottom and makes them slick bottom hulls on ours, when removed. I'll get you a picture of the wheel set up. This picture of the tires are for sand use, we've got totally different one's

now, big wheels and a wider stance axel. These slid up through the back deck in sleeved openings.

We enjoy kayaking too. My daughters and I have done a "River Cruise" twice down 8 miles of the Calcasieu River. That's fun. I find big open lakes rather boring. We have cheap Pelican sit-ins and a Lifetyme sit-on two seater. They get the job done for as little as we use them. I prefer the sit on type.

The wife and I have Tower iSUPs. Perfect for the clear water and many coves on the nearby lake.

Matter of fact, we're supposed to run a creek tomorrow with @KyGal83 and daughter (after a buggy ride today, of course!).

Love the pics . . .

@futzin got my daughter into paddleboarding about 4 years ago… Handed her a paddle and said “Try this.” She spent the rest of the day on it and it was all she talked about until she got hers for Christmas. She has the Mermaid themed Tower SUP.

As soon as she returned from living in Florida, it was the first thing she wanted to do. She wanted me to try it, I expected not to like it and the. spend the rest of the day sunning in the boat… However, absolutely fell in love with it.

I love the Tower boards and apparently they are the best on the market.. but the price is outrageous, unless you find a deal. Which I hope to do soon.. I bought myself a ROC paddle board and just tested the seams yesterday.. hoping it handles well tomorrow on our river cruise.

Have kayaks and a 2 man bass boat w/trolling motor for the creek at the back of property. Lots of fun.
And sometimes I can even paddle in the pasture and barn. 🤣

Went out paddling with @futzin and his wife yesterday. We initially went up a creek near our local city dam, then packed up, and went out to a cove on the lake near us. We can actually get to this cove with our buggy’s and have many times, yesterday we took the Jeep down. It was a great weekend!

I’ve been wondering the same myself. I’m guessing it has to go to a higher PSI than what my head thinks of from the average pool inflatable.
How does the blow up board work?

Really Fantastic! I have an inflator pump that hooks into a 12v port. Works great with the P5 or a vehicle. The board handle well and the two I have seen. Tower and ROC both seem liable. I am no expert, though as I just got into it. Futz would tell you more prolly.

My wife has had an iRocker inflatable SUP for a couple years now. I was super skeptical to this thing holding up for more than a few uses but it's been great. I figured it would be like trying to stand on one of those $10 Wal-Mart inflatable boats. Hers is 13.5-15 PSI max as well. Think she usually has it at 14 psi.
