Keep getting the Lo on my screen, even after making sure coolant is full.

Rode hard in the Coosbay dunes and noticed Lo on the screen, so I made sure everything was full and still getting Lo. I warmed it up and it went away and after cooling down it came back. Any ideas.

Means the temperature is LOW... Not the level.
Too "Lo" for it to register.
