No but it looks cool and interesting. It's basically extending the width of the blade other than the angle on it. Might work well for throwing light snow at speed? I'm usually cutting next to a frozen bank already so don't think I would benefit much from it. Looks like it's only for the poly blades too.
I don't have the wings, but I do have the straight version (forgot what they call them) that turns it into sort of a box blade. Works great for containing the powdery snow instead of falling out the sides. I'd imagine that does much of the same. No issues on mine.

Depends somewhat on your plowing method. If you cut a path with the blade angled, they aren't going to do much.
If you do mostly straight plowing into a pile, they'll save you a bunch of time. They'll work at an angle, but no need for them. I use them, but 80% of my plowing is pushing snow into a specific location.
