If its mounted in front of the glass it shouldn't have a glare. I prefer curved to give some light off to the sides. I mounted a 52" curved just above the hood. 0a1827305f0b6d52ba1d81987add90bd

52” curved light bar. It fits nicely and no glare. I would t put it under the roof, you’d get too much glare and you may have trouble opening a window as well. I also made my own “L” brackets, cheep and easy

The glass window does not open, but don't want a glare off the hood
You won’t, the hood is narrow enough and sloped enough so you won’t, plus the curved light bar is just that, curved away from directly on the hood.

Your rig is beautiful. I'm working on mine and I can only hope it's half as nice as yours.
