Talon license plate light wiring

I just bought a license plate bracket with LED light. Where and how to connect the 2 wires. Do I need an adapter?

Hey Stel,
I just installed the turn signal, horn and license plate light kit from RYCO motorsports and it was a complete plug and play kit with no splicing. Took a few hours to install but was easy.

I have tail light pigtail in the store.
Gives you light on power and ground to use for this.
