I run the Black Waters, don't throw as much mud in the cab as the EFX Moto Hammers I had. I have a little over 1,400 miles on them and going strong, nary a flat yet. Work well in the rocks, mud and crawling over logs.
Yup, I love them. If I fall in a rut, just point them out and the bike follows. Can’t wait till I get a locker.I run the Black Waters, don't throw as much mud in the cab as the EFX Moto Hammers I had. I have a little over 1,400 miles on them and going strong, nary a flat yet. Thinking about getting 12x7 5/2 offset rims with 26by9 ripsaw tires all around don’t know if I need spacers on rear to even the with up if it mattersYup, I love them. If I fall in a rut, just point them out and the bike follows. Can’t wait till I get a locker.

I almost bought rims , twice, but they made the bike wider than 50” Most places I can go , it doesn’t matter the width, but there are beautiful trails around Cape Breton that are on the old rail lines, called Rails to Trails. They have posts in the middle of the trails, at the road entrance. To keep it 50”. For ATV’s nd snowmobiles. The 500 gets through no problem. Until they make a factory nice rim, I’ll stick with the factory original. But I was told at Honda that I can put the 8” tires on the front on the 7” rims, plus the 10” on the 7” rims. They had a bike with them on . No spacer. But it was still 56” wide. Hope that helps.Thinking about getting 12x7 5/2 offset rims with 26by9 ripsaw tires all around don’t know if I need spacers on rear to even the with up if it matters
Mine are actually 9” tires in front and 11” tires in back. All good. Thanks

all the places around here have widen there trails. seems like a weird place rail bed trails are normally 30ft wide gravel roads
I think they do it to keep little cars off the trails. The trails are nice. All gravel, and they connect to other snowmobile trails. Hundreds of miles of trails. Rails to Trails is nice, you see stiff that you don’t see from the road. If you want a nice relaxing day driving, Rto T. Takes me right to the beach. Just cross the road and I’m in the parking lot. It’s great.all the places around here have widen there trails. seems like a weird place rail bed trails are normally 30ft wide gravel roads
like the only place you could open the raptor up safely
There are lots of roads you can open the Raptor up across the top of the mountains. Four lane flat gravel roads from logging. The boys on the big snowmobiles can go over 100 miles an hour. Just watch out for the moose speed bumps. HahaView attachment 107920

I would say, probably. Rims would work. Still Honda, same as tires. Will the stock tires and wheels on the pioneer 500 fit on a 1994 Honda 300 atv
I don’t think so, rims will not work on the straight rear axle and I think the wheels are 11” or 10” on the back. I also remember the front tires on the 300 are smaller diameter than the rear even on the 4wd. I still have a 94 300 but I’m not near it to check the tire sizes. Will the stock tires and wheels on the pioneer 500 fit on a 1994 Honda 300 atv

I was planning to do this exact setup with the 26 x 9 on all four corners with the 1 inch spacers on back. Does it feel the same in regards to stability? Do you know what width you are at front and back? I ask because I use a f150 bed for transporting. My thoughts..Original Big Horns ,26x9 in all four spots on 5+2 rims. One inch spacers on the rear. The original BH's are alittle tougher than the 2.0 version. All four in the same size allow for rotation,The P-5 seems to like 26 inchers gearing wise, one inch spacer in the rear with 5+2 rims gets you back to nearly equal width front and rear along with a gain in stability.Steering feel will be very close to stock. No problem fitting on a 60 inch trailer. My machine is set up this way with 2.0 BH's not the originals.View attachment 92517
I am about 52" I think. That is with 5+2 Delta steel wheels with one inch spacers on the rear.Feels very stable to me,even with no sway bar.The stock rims have about 1 1/2" offset, the Delta steels are 2",so my front is only about 2" wider than stock wheels and tires. The 1" spacers bring the rear out just a tad wider than the front.I was planning to do this exact setup with the 26 x 9 on all four corners with the 1 inch spacers on back.
