there not installed yet but bottom of seat is longer then stock I sat in seat and I have plenty of room actually

If you don't want to cut up or melt on your OEM plastic seat pan you can make one like I did out of a 24" x 48" piece of 0.060 Aluminum sheeting. You have to relocate your coils and ECU, pics are in my build thread but it gives you 4" more room in the aft to mount the seats farther back.

I got the dimensions of the beard seats and my lower seat base is only 19 inch verus the beard which were I believe 21inchs

How much does the bed weigh? Also looks like you removed the rack with the rear fenders?

doesn't weigh much I can pick it up myself don't have exact weight wasn't a concern and all rear plastic was removed but rear rack still in place used it as the mounting base for cargo box if you look at pictures the new inner fenders mount to existing fender mounts

well fellas todays project was mounting the rubber fenders I think they make it look sharp now that all the holes are drilled its time to remove it and send to body shop for the duraliner part gonna have it done in red while its off I will wire new light to factory harness

Its a great quality build but i dont understand the point when it doesnt dump or tailgate what is the benefits over a box like mine????? Just curious

nothing really but the fact is I wanted something different I wanted no dump or tailgate cause I have no use for it and what started it all was I was going to purchase a strong made one they offer but it was $700 bucks plus shipping so for $50 bucks more I came up with my own concept that I wanted I can fit a cooler some chairs and head to the lake with wife and have lunch

I really like it, great build quality and fit. I do think you will miss a tailgate for cleanup if nothing else, but prob wouldnt be hard to add one later.

thank you but I did thing of the clean up as you mentioned and I'm going to add 4 1/2 holes in all 4 corners for clean up and also there will be a canvas cover on top to minimize dirt
