P1000 Minnesota Ride

Lots of good trails between us.

Too much snow in Bowstring right now too. Trails up here don't open until May 15th. Is the Soo line different?

i am interested, i live west of the twin cities...i ride the lakes every weekend.... and fish alot..

We rode the trails in the trails in the Nemadji state forest recently and the trails where great. We put on about 50 miles.

Do you mean bemidji, we have a cabin in akeley... I have been riding in the Paul Bunyan state forest since 1965... our land back up to it..

I've never riding in the Paul Bunyan state forest. Good trails there? What I was talking about the Nemadji state forest. It's by the Sandstone, MN area.
Most of the trails there are open to winter ATV riding. If you keep going east into Wisconsin around the Danbury area there also opportunities to winter ride.

I might be able to join. I’m over the border into SD a bit but I do have MN tags and ride a bit over by Appleton MN.

I’m usually crossing MN for work in WI for work anyways.

March / April weekend would be a good fit for me.

I didnt realize you could get around them in the winter. What trailhead did you park at? Wouldn't mind getting out one weekend coming up.

Worse part of winter is all the salt spray hauling the machines.

46.374151, -92.508254 Its a good year round trail head. it has to be below 30 degrees for SxS/ATV's to use during the winter months
Also bring gas not many options out there.

I'd be up for hosting a group sometime this spring/summer at our cabin in Marcell MN. Still snowmobiling now.
