I was half kidding with my previous comment. This stuff is thread locker on steroids. However, if I were in your position, I'd seriously consider at least staking the nuts onto the through-pins that hold the A-Arms to the frame. Bad things happen when they come loose.

I got some a arms on the way. Loctite 263 or you thinking something like what you have here. Wouldn’t imagine needing to remove a arms in the future unless damaged. Ask because I do run a lot roads at 55 and couldn’t imagine that coming loose and the end result.
