Mustang water drain plug, cabin filter

just changed cabin filter on Mustang, found compartment full of water. Via You tube, found rubber drains stopped up on both sides. Filter wet like a sponge and moldy. Easy fix, no tools. Rectangular clamshell rubber drains on engine firewall.
