Tab E is micro usb offset charging port on top, Tab A is USB-C centered on bottom, I returned the Tab A I had for a Tab E with LTE.

I have used ram mounts for years to hold GPS on motor cycles/Dual sports I copied one of there between the seat/console mounts to keep both cup holders free in my company car and hold my tablet for GPS.
