what winch would be good for a 2022 pioneer ?
Have heard they don't make a mounting bracket for the 2022, is that true?

I'd probably just order a Viper winch and mount from the club store here. Actually I'm about to soon.

Welcome, I mounted to 6k Viper from the club store on my 22 with the viper mounting plate. It’s a tight fit but it works.

I highly recommend buying a Viper from the club store. You will be taken good care of.
