WoW. That is messed up. You win. I was doing work in St. Louis near Ferguson in 2015 and we wanted to stay late to finish some work. They told us NO, we cant be held responsible for what happens after dark. We listened and got outta there..... Certain demographics can really ruin a neighborhood
