Going to look at a 2016 Pioneer 1000-3 non EPS this Friday. The dealer has it priced really good, and it qualifies for the $500.00 accessory credit.

The dealership tacked on an $800.00 freight and prep fee. Has anyone ever successfully negotiated this fee lower?

YES...
Shop around. Call another dealer and see what they have to offer. You might find a better deal if you are willing to dirve a few hours to get it.
I can name a handful of dealers around TN that want charge a single BS fee.
Agreed!!

I've never paid freight and setup on any ATV, UTV or snowmobile. I will simply shop elsewhere if they want to play that game. I will say however, there is a bit more setup involved in some of these UTV's than most of the ATV's and sleds. But they should figure it in their price IMO.

I've never payed freight and set up. Just tell them you don't want to pay it and don't budge. You will win.good luck.

Im going to try to say that the freight and prep is a deal breaker. They have it priced for $10,700.00 already, so I don't know if they'll budge.

There is two ways to do the paper work show the freight or hide it. The shop has to pay freight but they can lower the price. You believe what you want someone has to pay for it .
