WELCOME! from NW ArkansasAfter stalking this forum for over a year I picked up my new ride this week.
Honda glass with wiper. Mid and rear soft cab panels.
Just retired and looking to ride comfortably and introduce the grandkids to the great outdoors of southern Idaho. View attachment 97557

Very nice ride and welcomeTook it out for the first time yesterday. A little trip in the snow up the middle fork of the Boise along Arrow Rock reservoir. I have to say I am thrilled with P 1000. Got the first 48 miles in. All of my previous rides have been belt driven. It was very easy to get comfortable with the manual transmission. Congratulations!I just bought the 2019LE here in Costa Rica, $32,000 US OTD. Then I had to have a top made. At least here is all legal to drive on roads everywhere.

Thank you. I just retired so I hope to expand my exploring.Hello from another Southern Idaho guy. That is the first 2019 1000 i've seen and have to say it looks very impressive. We've hit Featherville a few times but usually stay a little farther east towards the Sun Valley area. Boulder City up above Ketchum might interest you. Merry Christmas and Enjoy your new ride.
Thanks for the tip. I have been exploring the options. The heat is feeling pretty good right now.Welcome also from michigan. I have an 18, 3 seater. Gets hot in the summer inside the cab even with the comfort upgrade. I did a little comfort upgrade on mine. Put a bilge fan under the seat just ahead of the header, ducted it ahead using 6 inches of RV sewer hose forward to a louver installed just behind the center passenger behind the knees. Blows nice warm heat in the winter and in the summer I turn the bilge around and draw cool air from the cab onto the header and out the back. Makes a big difference.
The heat fix is pretty cheap, check out @JTW heat fix. You will have to read through some really stupid stuff to get there though, HA!Thanks for the tip. I have been exploring the options. The heat is feeling pretty good right now.
