New 520 pioneer

Anyone know when the new 520's come out? I understand that they will have the rubi engine and transmission. Would you rather have that than a belt drive? I loved the rubi my brother in law had. Thanks. New member Ricky Priest

It does not have the dual clutch transmission. It kept the same transmission... The 5 speed with esp and auto mode.

I'm getting the 520 because of the engine braking. I have a lot of steep trails where this rig is going. My understanding, the belt drive don't have engine braking. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I put the hard roof, a windshield and winch. Looking at a possible light bar front and rear and maybe larger tires in the future. First of all i need to get it out in the bush.

The winch is a cabled Warn 2500, not 100% on the roof but I think it’s factory. As far as the windshield i have no clue but I’ll check and let you know. I’m pretty new to the UTV world and this machine came as a complete surprise when they said they had it in. I haven’t had any time to give it a good once over but once I do I’ll post some pics.

Congrats and welcome. Is the dump box an assisted lift, and if so what pounds is it rated for on lift? With the 2500 winch, suggest a pulley in case you need a double line pull.

I just picked mine up. Alloy wheels, 26x9x12 front and 26-11-12 radials rear. 4500 warn winch, hard windshield and hard top. Waiting on full doors, back panel and mirrors

The new accessories for 2021 are on the Honda website. The 520 looks pretty cool the the new front bumper, tree sliders, bed rails, rear bumper etc.

They also have alot or Pro-Connect stuff for the bed, including a chain saw holder.
