New site looks good.
Seams to be easier to change the style setting, like that.
For things that need fixed, maybe you could reinstate the rule about not posting stuff that will get me fired out side the pub.
Maybe you just need to run a reminder to members to keep it clean on the public side, with all the new members and stuff (of course, that is not the problem here).
