New lightbar install now machine does not start

One set black and red go to light bar. One set of red and black connect to dead wire. It’s for cubes but I do not have them connected. Wires are terminated. White and blue go to switch.

Have you tried grounding it elsewhere, I recall another unit I worked on that was grounded on the battery and backfed into the system and caused issues.

Have you tried grounding it elsewhere, I recall another unit I worked on that was grounded on the battery and backfed into the system and caused issues.
tried grounding it elsewhere and here are my results. The engine starts up but the lights do not come on. There is no power to switch or lights

Have u tried a different relay? Maybe the one you have has an issue?
Your wiring looks correct tho.

Try grounding to the engine block, id say the roll cage isnt that good a ground for the circuit.

take the ground wire off the middle of your switch and make sure the switch isnt grounding back through the light.

Start fresh and throw all the cheap s*** wiring in the garbage. Use a Carling switch and good 14ga braided wire. The switch will handle the light with no relay. Get some water proof connectors as well and carry on.

Ok, rewired front to back new switch works like a charm.
