Hello, I'm Tuco69

Hello folks. New SxS owner, picked up a 1000 EPS Ghost Camo this weekend. Plan to use it for work on the property, hunting and pleasure riding trails. Have had Honda ATVs since 1998. Own a 1998 300 and 2014 420 Rancher 4x4. Transitioning out of Harleys, plan to sell mine and the wife's next spring.

Here is a little info about me to begin with!
Honda SxS ownership : Yes, this is my first.
I have owned, or currently own the following: UTV, ATV, Motorcycle
My off-road experience level is: Intermediate
My favorite place to ride is: Privately owned property

Its a 17, dealership talked about clutch issue/low vs high and recommended speeds for both. Additional "potential problem" updates?

It good your dealership gave you some base knowledge before purchase. Yes there is an updated part it seems all the 18's have it and Honda is installing it on a need by need bases for 16-17models. Majority of models have seemed to be fine but Honda recognized a need. Update part adds more oil to primary clutch to help from under lubrication at low engagement RPM's. A quick search for clutch update will give you a days worth of reading and product knowledge that may steer you clear of any misfortune.
