Haha that’s crazy!! Did he say why they had to get rid of it?

My understanding was COVID/Job loss related, but that could have just been his story.

Yeah he said the same thing at first and then when I was there he mentioned he needed his debt to income ratio to go down to buy his fathers house. But he did say he bought one for him and his father so that story does add up.
