P700 New Tires Stock Rims 2021 700-4

I am new to the forum and didn't see this area for Wheels and Tires so thought I needed to repost my question here. I ride on a lot of hard packed dirt and gravel roads and even old abandoned overgrown asphalt roads that go from one end to the other on the property I hunt (several miles). The stock tires work great for offroad trails that are made up of LA bottoms that can get muddy at times but really not bad unless it rains hard and nothing is going through there due to how deep the water will get and creek crossings that can be a bit sandy and small rocks but nothing bad at all. The rest unmanicured trails that my wife could drive her car down in a lot of places if the trail was wide enough. Most stands are on the other side of the property and driving on the asphalt and hard pack the stock tires feel really squirmy and would like input on an affordable all terrain tire. I have a strong made lift kit coming but was looking at keeping the stock rims and going up a bit on the tires. Maybe a 26x9x12 (front)and 26x11x12 (rear). Maybe even a 27 in those dimensions and am looking for recommendations. The Sadona Coyote looks interesting at a good price point but know nothing about UTV tires at all. I never bought any tires for any of my ATV's. I keep them for a long time but don't put a lot of miles on them except for hunting season. I hope that will change with this new SxS.

Yes! That's what size I run and works really well.

I have ran 27s since mine was 2 weeks old and its been well over 2 years and I have no regrets.

I have the 27” coyote on my 700-4. Roughly 800 miles on them. They’ve been in soupy mud, creeks and plenty of rock crawling here in Arkansas. I have zero complaints on them. Especially for the price.

Thanks Kloyd! Just what I needed to hear. I really liked the price also. I think a local Highlifter place carries them here too! I will have to check with them because they seem to be about $20 per tire higher than I have seen advertised everywhere. Maybe that is mounting included. I can hope.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I think this is the direction I am headed. It might not be right away but soon. Should have my lift kit delivered soon. Once I have that in I will look into the tires.

This tire decision thing is a pain. About the time I decided to get something I change my mind. Now I am looking at the Mongrel. Terabyte looks good too but the mongrel looks a lot like it plus 10 ply and a little lighter. Anyone have any experience with the GBC Mongrel?

Well another newbe question I hope someone can answer. Anyone know anything about Freedom UTV tires? They read really good but not a lot of reviews. Their 27x8x12 and 27x10x12 Bullet tire bundle comes in right at $400. Tread depth is only like 1/2 inch though. They are 8 ply and their weight rating is 1050 and 1300 respectively. The tire weight is also good with the 8x12 being 25lbs and the 10x12 being 29 lbs. I have also been looking at the Mongrels which is 10 ply. Its measurements are a little bigger at 27x9x12 and 27x11x12. Tread depth 10/16 inch. Tire weights are 28.7 and 31.4 with a weight rating of 760 and 855. The only bundle I found for them were in the $620 range though. Terrabytes for a bundle of this size is running about $500 and weigh 29.4 for the 27x9x12 and nearly 33lbs for the 27x11x12 tire. Tread depth 3/4 inch. The weight is a little above what I would like it to be. I can't seem to find the weight rating for the Terrabites. To wrap this long story up, I have been mostly looking at the Terrabites and Mongrels for my driving style and then keep stumbling across things like these Freedom tires that get me to thinking again. Maybe someone will know something about the Freedoms and some suggestions on the Terrabites and Mongrels

I looked at the Blackwater Evolution which is the closest thing they have as far as tire weight and weight rating but am looking for something a little more hard pack and asphalt friendly than that. Once I finally make the decision it will be a final one. I think my wife will already put me out of the house and into the fifth wheel once I buy the tires and if they are not the correct ones and I contemplate getting others I am sure she will move me off the property altogether.

Anyone running Terrabites 27x9x12 and 27x11x12 on their 700? At 30 and 33 LBS that is a lot. Is it to much for the 700-4 when carrying 4 people when power is needed?

The 700 is down on power to begin with, with more weight? Depends on what you expect? Great buggies but?

Kind of what I am afraid of. I think they are to much weight for the 700. I think I have to keep weight under 30 pounds for the 27x11x12 tire and definitely on the front 27x9x12

I don't have an issue with the stock tire issue, but you do need to address the ground clearance due to the terrible shocks, that's where I would spend my money first, shocks. But that's my opinion, take it for what's it's worth?

I run the terrabites and love them for hard packed and asphalt and have over 2,000 miles on them and many more to go! They are A?T and not M/t!
