Just me or are those tires meant to be directional and the rears are in different orientations? Passenger rear is opposite of the rest of the machine

Hi. Yeah I told the guy I got it from that. First thing we are going to do is get rid of the high lifter tires. Them things are rough. Got new ones coming. Be here today.
