In fact, it exempts and disqualifies every common UTV on the market with stupid requirements.
I have a theory Mahindra has their hands in this law being pushed through.
This would make their UTV called the ROXOR the ONLY UTV that qualifies.
It's really a small Willys jeep, branded as Mahindra Roxor, and titled as a UTV for Off-Road only use.
It qualifies in all categories by a hair.
