He’s doing better... was scheduled for another surgery to remove scar tissue until all this covid BS. He has a little mobility in it and will never be the same but as far as balled up mangled appendages go, he’s doing rather well.

I lost a chop saw fight but nothing like he had! Mine were clean cuts. I do hope he continues to improve for sure. Hates his physical therapist I bet.

And mashed 4 fingers . Would say will be a slow road

Id much rather cut than mash, ouch. "Specialist" put my little finger back on crooked, 20 years later, it still runs across and under the ring finger when I grip something. But I can still count to 10.

Cut thru the pinky, and she put it back on. The other 3 weren't all the way thru the bone and she was able to retrieve the tendons and repair them. All but the pinky works ok.

As someone who had a similar injury (backhoe arm fell and crushed left hand between the frame) was in therapy as soon as the first bandages came off.
