Does anyone have a recommended order of mods, in the unlikely event a person could install everything before using?
I know most, including myself, do what's crucial first then add on over time.
But working on a clean buggy sure is nice, and not removing stuff I've already done is good too.
After building out 6 SXS over the past 9 years I've tried to follow this pattern, or have learned how to try and not duplicate works like you indicated.
Try and run all your electrical wiring for accessories first, especially anything going along the roofline or to the rear of the machine, on the Talon I learned quickly to unbolt the roof and let it sit loose until I got done with everything I needed to install in and around the ROPS.
Next I would focus on winch and bumpers etc. or other components like durable radius rods on the Talons.
Last things to install, Windshield, back panel, and skid plate last, if you can do it all while machine is clean and undamaged.
I focused on getting skid plate on first before anything go beat up only to have to undo my work to run wiring neatly and out of danger.
