He's in Gilbert, I'm expecting a # from him for future units., I'll forward his info once I hear back. That looks great! I live in Carefree, is the fabricator in your area? Could I have his contact info in case I want to buy one for my 1000-5.
Thanks. Paul
The roof is 3/8" HDPE attached with stainless fasteners. 2/3 the cost of the Honda roof and I think looks much better.Hey that's a really nice design...Was also wondering what your roof is made of
That looks very professional, nice job. Finally completed a solution on where/how to mount a spare tire and gas can on the P1000-5. Have seen the few done which mount below the tailgate where the bumper would go and extending up. Worked with a local fabrication guy to come up with this. Swings out when the bed needs to be dumped, can easily be removed all together if needed. 80 mile ride this weekend to test it out.

You can locate the rack where ever you would like on the back of the ROPS. The clamps are designed to cam in or out during install. I also have a rotopax elevating plate I made for another customer. I'd be more than happy to help you out during fabrication.Looks great and I will probably be interested in a few months when warmer season hits and riding season for me picks back up. Have you had any issues, especially with the rotopax being mounted so low? I know when I cross creeks with steep banks that anything sticking out past the tailgate can take a pretty good hit. I've got the Honda bed extender and because of it I damaged my tailgate hinge points a bit. Just wondering with the rotopax sitting so low if that is a concern. I realize the spare tire can also hit but maybe if you don't keep it at full pressure it would have a little give to it?
Thanks,
Waylan
