Hello Everyone, new to the forum, we have a 2019 P500 all stock. I am thinking
about a 1.5 lift and follow up with 26 inch black water Evolution tires. Has anyone
tried the spacer lifts? Any good ? I did read that the spacers can and do move because
there is no centering lip on the spacers. Gotta lift this little fella up a bit, hitting to much
stuff. Any thoughts? thanks in advance, Russ

Over extension of front axle shafts may be an issue.....

Put 27x9x12 in the front 27x11x12 rear on ITP Delta 12x7, 4+3 on the 520. I feel like it was more built to have tires around that size on it (26"-28"). Actually looks like a SxS, not a golf cart. Way smoother and I believe it utilizes the gearing a little better. Did not notice any major power lose. Like I said, seems about right for stock.

Very nice man, I like the stance on it. I am going with the same size tire/offset, but waiting on the rims a while. Cool to get an idea how it looks on the 520.

Got a new set of take offs from a can an defender. Big Horn 2.0 27x9x14 up front 27x11x14 out back mounted to 14x7 Rock Trix wheels. I’ll use these for 50” trails and during hunting season. These are the best riding tires I’ve tried on this buggy!

These tires run short, the rears are 26” the fronts are 25 1/2” with 10psi. They ride very smooth and they are very soft on the trails, they seem to help soak up the rough stuff. Great traction in dirt and sand but lacking in mud….this could be because I’m used to running a true mud tire. Excellent all around tire!

Exactly what @Splorin said… My BH2.0 27’s measure barely 26 also. I thought it was an issue with my set but after speaking with Dennis Kirk CS, I found out it is extremely common with them.

Any pics of spare tire carriers on a 500?
Buy a spare and put it in your truck but have a good plug kit and a small compressor to carry on the trails with ya so you’ll have room for other important items like white claws 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I don't think there's anything available aftermarket that's just a bolt on, you'll have to fab your own bracket for the location you choose. I mounted one on the back of the bed I built. @bowhunterbill just made one for the back of his. Other than that just threaded rod, nuts and washers.

These are Maxxis Bighorn 3.0 tires. These are designated as rear tires, but I wanted to run the same size all the way around. 27" x 11" x 14" on Tusk beadlock wheels, 14" x 7", 4/100, 5+2 I run 7psi on this radial tire and it rides great. A little loud, at moderate speeds: 12-20mph. Above that, you only hear engine and exhaust with a slight hum.

I ran 11's on all four for a bit, they can be a little floaty through the turns. Nothing you can't get used to but the front end didn't bite like the 9's did. FWIW I found that running a little higher psi in the front helped. It's what I'm doing now with 10's on all four.
