Mine did this yesterday while working on the hunting camp. Dropped off at dealer today. First thing they asked about was if i had a bunch of accessories hooked up. I said yes but they are pulling off an auxillary battery set up not off the main system. It was like they were finding a reason to blame me before they even looked at the machine.

Perhaps so, but not necessarily. A lot of people do attach a lot of accessories without doing a dual battery system.

I'm sure that's the norm so they can claim your at fault.

Got my ride back. They had to replace a speed sensor. We will see what happens.

2020 Pioneer 1000 about 5500 miles or so. Same code here 62. It'll shift fine, then when it's good and warm. It starts shifting hard and eventually when doenshiftng or slowing down ton1st, it'll die. Throws code 62.
What oven replaced
3 shift valves
Dual linear valve
3 EOP sensors and the wiring harness.
New battery as well.
Would love some extra info on where to go from here.. it's kicking my hutt

I dont remember the code they were throwing but we've had 2 in our shop that would do this. Both came back to the shift control motor even though they bench tested fine. May not be your guys issue but something to look into.

well those ones we had the shift motor passed all tests and inspections but when installed it acted up after little while. I'll see if I can find the old repair orders to see what code they were throwing. We eventually just swapped the motor from a new one we had on lot to verify it before ordering. Good luck and post up what you end up finding.

Gotcha, yeah I feel like that's not it.. mine is shifting really hard and doesn't get any better at all. Shifts up amd down fine.. has never hung up. So that's why I think it's not it.. no matter cold or hot. I'm gonna pull clutches this afternoon and inspect. To make sure there no damage to them. Thank you for the reply tho. This thing been kicking my butt. Lol

No problem, wasn't trying to convince you to go that route. Was just giving some info on what I have personally seen with these machines. Honda's dont break very often but can be a nightmare when they do for sure. Keep us posted on what you end up with.

I thought CODE 57 was the symptom guys were seeing for bad shift motors. I haven't personally seen any myself, but i remember a few guys on here having that issue.

I dont remember what code it was for us, been a few months now since we've seen it here. They would drive and run great for a little while then quite shifting, stick in 1st gear and when you'd stop the machine it would sputter out and die.
