@Rickg83 thanks for the reply, have you had any issues with CV binding? 3” of lift seems like a lot. Any side shots by chance?

No issues with binding yet and I hit the trails last weekend pretty hard to test them out. I can take some more pics tomorrow, anything in particular you’re wanting to see?

Ps hard to tell from the pics but my driveway is on an incline, the pioneer actually sits flat

Thanks those work great, my main concern is the angle of the CV axles and it doesn’t look to bad at all. I like how yours sits too what size tires are those?

Stop worrying about binding, they work wonderfully.

Good luck with your project. It is truly the easiest mod to do.
Even after I made my own bushings.

Ride: The ride quality is drastically improved. Hard to explain but feels stiffer when sitting still, but softer on bumps and hard turns. Best part is they don’t bottom out like the stock P700 shocks. (Specifically the fronts)

Lift: I got a full 3” of lift on front and back. Measured twice and it was 3”, I had to chop the top 4.5” so it would fit in the garage. My yeti hopper 18, fits under it untouched with another inch or 2 to spare, see pic.

Quick note- (on my 18’ 700-4 deluxe) my rears has a lot of space at the bolts, so I had to add 4x 1/8” wide nylon (washer type) spacers per shock, one one each side of both shock bolts. Only took 2 mins to adjust after a 45 min ride to Home Depot.

Overall, I’m very impressed. For less than $300 bucks and an hour of my time it’s a hell of an improvement. I bought 2 from buy/sell/trade here for $140 and 2 from MRCycles for right at $160 with a promo code.

here is what my results are — I did my stock 700-4 deluxe about two months ago and I measured about 1 3/4 to 2 inches max of lift a little more rear than front. I marked the body front and back with tape before the replacement and measured the before and after from the same spot in my garage. And I have measured underneath to the skid plate by the control arm and still see under 2 inches of lift from the factory specs. I also had about 6-8 psi in the tires when I did the measurements, that might make a small difference being a little Under inflated tires.

I did put SS washers to take up the space on the rears too. I bought the newest version of the p1000-5 front shocks.
I like the ride better too, didn’t seem as bouncy, and the lift is acceptable to me.

That’s weird, I measured from ground to skid plate before and after (same tires and pressure before and after) 3” lift exactly in the front, and slightly over 3” in the rear. I wonder what the difference was?

Yea I agree but i don’t worry much about it. I think the bushing manufacture says 2-3 inches. I’m happy at around 2 ish but I was expecting a little more based on what was published. I think the shocks are better for the ride so good enough to change for that at reason alone. Easy and quick to do also.

I saw 2.5 - 2.75 measured to a tape line front and rear before and after.

So got the P1000 shocks installed in the rear today. Gained 1.5 of lift new ground clearance to bottom of the rear skid is 14.5” thanks @ohanacreek for shipping those out to me, can’t wait to see how it sits with the fronts on. I flex it out at the same height as stock and now at about 19” off the ground all for tires are still on the ground ( that’s with the rear sway bar off) hopefully with the fronts I’ll get a bit more articulation since every bit helps when it’s not a sport machine.
