Thought I read this guy had an injured child/passenger and was trying to get back to the vehicle ASAP?

If true, as per the "official story" he is a local and should know the hospital is in the opposite direction (South of Exit 141) in Lafollette. This Photo he in on the Northbound Exit Ramp on I75 Exit 141. The girl in the story may have had a broken arm, by far the closest way would have been come off Trails 2 or 25 and take Hwy25W into Lafollette then 1 mile to the Hospital. He was 12 miles the wrong direction to be on I-75 to get to the hospital. Of course it helps to not be under the influence of alcohol when pleading your story to the State Trooper.
