I hope everyone that has made it to the ride has had a good time riding and enjoying the spectacular scenery, not to mention great weather. A bit dusty but this is the edge of the desert southwest.

For Sunday pretty much self guided riding, as you can see all trails are very well marked and with the map can easily get around. Highly recommend Trail Loop 77 that's 27 miles long should take a little over 2 hours very scenic.

For those getting up and around this Sunday morning have had a few requests to see the Trail 77 scenic loop with the 3 unmarked side trails to (A) Hennessy point, (B) a very remote cabin and gold mine on a challenging side path, and (C) Alunite ridge with old mining equipment and abandoned cabins. This was done on Friday by about half the attendees, if you missed it and want to see it, or see it again meet at the campground Pavilion by 10AM and I will take whoever shows up. Just a tease of what you will see. Pack a lunch, not a long distance ride (about 40 miles) but will take time due to stops for pictures, etc.

Found an unexpected Mining Cabin off Trail 77 today.

My 2nd loop for today covered 63 miles after the first 40 mile Trail 77 loop. @Hondasxs found a way past those 60"gates. Only had @AKLVTLO tag along for the trip. Turned out to be pretty scenic seeing lots of wildlife up on Big John Flats near Mt. Baldy on Trail P01. Several mule deer, turkeys, chuckars, even a black bear. Wife got pics of the animals on her camera as we were on the move against the sun going down, and a bad moon rising.
