Towards the end of this thread is how I did mine.
If you use the rubber well nuts it’s better to have the hole smaller vs slightly over.

Yes, lots of people do. Simple, you buy the panels, drill a hole on the door where ever panel has a hole and insert included hardware. Easy peasy.........but first things first.......

Factory take offs from a buddy, couldn’t decide what I wanted and he made a deal I couldn’t resist. They are just 28” but look bigger to me. Pretty pleased with how they look and increase in clearance.
