UNLESS... you need it for "emergency" communication. .
The government also says you can't lasso a fish or bring your out-of-state skunk into TN.

I did mine this morning around 1am while the tornadic severe storm rolled thru MO and kept my wife and I awake. It is just a fee with no test. The website setup is very confusing.I was able to get the license filled out and purchased. I plan on setting the machines up we have with radios and will use it to communicate regularly.
