Radiator fluid flush

Has anyone flushed the radiator fluid on a 1000x live valve? I've heard there are drain plugs on the radiator hoses and there is a procedure for evacuating the air in the system anybody have a link to a video or a step X step?

why flush?

there are plugs on the hard lines above the skid plate

there is an air bleeder plug on the thermostat.
