P1000 Received wrong panel?

I recently received some help for purchasing different color panels for my Pioneer 1000-3. The panels I thought I was ordering were The Matte Gray instead of the glossy (stock) gray... I only ordered 4 panels (2 hood and 2 bed side) and just received the first shipment of the hood. I could have sworn what i ordered was going to arrive in the matte finish as seen in this thread:

I ordered through RMATV and am chatting with a rep right now, trying to understand if I am wrong or if they sent me the wrong part.

I am assuming MAT STEALTH GRAY METALLIC means it will be MATTE, not glossy... and at the expense of nearly $1100 for 4 panels I believe these should be in fact a MATTE finish... am I wrong ?

Do you have the Honda part #'s.... The RMATV part #'s are only there own translation to said part.
There is a HUGE possibility they put the wrong internal part # on the wrong color.

Also, Post a pic of the color you received?

The Honda part is 61100-HL4 FENDER FRONT. Here is a picture of the piece. I hope that helps

So far I have only received this part. The other 3 panels are backordered but will most likely cancel if they are in fact the same color as this...

I was expecting a totally different texture/color as seen in the links posted above. The part on rocky mountain states MAT...I assumed this meant MATTE. especially for that price.... $$$$

I would agree! haha I was talking with someone on the chat to sort it out through their website and he told me I should contact sales at rocky mountain to sort it out. I hope I can atleast ship the front fender i received back at their expense as this panel should have been a LE Matte style panel, not gloss

Does anyone have a link to these parts in Matte anywhere? I'm assuming through rocky mountain either they dont have the matte style part in stock and shipped me the wrong part or otherwise the part is just mislabeled on their website...

Should of been a red sticker on the bag it came in. With the full part #.
61100= Fender
HL4 = Pioneer 1000
??? = color and style

Okay I do not see a red sticker however there is this with the full model # and title

However that sticker was placed there by RMATV and not Honda.

I only see that sticker I posted above. No red sticker anywhere. From what I can tell I believe this part was mislabeled. Would you agree with that?

It is mislabeled by RMATV.

well that didn't go well at all.. I tried explaining all this to a chat associate through RMATV and he basically told me he doesn't believe that "MAT STEALTH GRAY METALLIC" is a matte finish and he's also telling me that metallic is a finish instead of matte. Unbelievable. The chat disconnected as I was finding some information of what matte means for this versions plastics and i lost connection with him. tried to reconnect and never went through again. Now it states the chat is closed although it says:

"Our Chat is currently closed. Business hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM MST - 7:00 PM MST, Saturday 8:00 AM MST - 4:00 PM MST, and closed Sundays."

so sounds like the guy i was speaking with exited out of the chat completely. time now is noon saturday MST...so it should still be open.

I'm vert sorry for your troubles. It definitely looks like the 2016 Nemesis Silver that I put on my 2018. A friend of mine has the 2017 LE and it definitely is not the one shown. Hope they can make it right.
