Yeah she got pretty nasty last night in the mud when I was riding by myself. I was cautious not to get it buried being that far from the cabin half cocked and not being able to get it out lol

Fer sure.... luckily I had a very drunk @aprils_fool behind me to point and laugh. About a mile later I rolled the RR tire off the rim going a bit hot into a corner. Another chance for him to point & laugh.

How well does the shock covers work ?
Well at first when i seen then years ago on a machine i thought they were gay as fuc! (NoHomo 🤨)
then I seen them on Trams and he showed me the reason there good to have, basically to keep them clean so u can adjust the preload on the fly or just plane be able to adjust them🤣 brilliant Idea!
so thats why i got them. And yes they work well.

I found these on eBay. He had multiple colors. @Tramguage1 are exactly like mine but blue and the other colors are silver. I wouldn't think that would look bad on there

Dirt bikes went in and out of fork boots for years, I think they settled on no boots now days, but the compression and rebound adjustment are at the top of the fork so adjustments stayed relatively clean.

Not sure if any if you smellers have done this? I upgraded the door bushings from smeller on Ebay That i found When i was poking around (NoHomo🤨)
The ole Lady was complaining about a squeek in the door On our last ride. I first said “its a buggy and it squeaks Its not your Lincoln Nautilus” well Needless to say i got the stink eye! So i checked. Sure the heck the door has bushing play both! 🤨 So i got these and this is my expedition with it. Took me about an hr to do.
so heres a pic of the door apart. You can see the old bushing
”white” and lets say they were froze and brittle

So the first one is always a whore of trial and error. I installed them and the doors where Fing tight and Squeaked like an old ford Pinto with bad bearings. Had to take it off and I put in synthetic grease inside and outside the busing also inside and outside the tubing the bushing mates to. Made all the difference in install, noise and movement. doors are tight now. Was it Worth the $25 for these? Im gonna say yup!
Happy wife happy life!

On a roll today! Had a brake and took the dog for a walk with the wife And bought some hanging plants.

Back to the Talon. So i installed my permanent battery tender on just like for my P1. Was trying to see where i wanted to mount it 🤔 But i didnt want it far from the main battery, so I decided here. I know, mud water and $hit but its tucked way up high in the fender and the tener i have is rugged and water proof. Will see. Its quite robust.
Its an EverStart Maxx

Did another mod this evening. Installed the Gauge relocation kit from @sspeederr was pretty easy. Just take your time and read the instructions and your good to go. Well made product.
