Installed the @SuperATV Gusset frame stiffener. Holy Mary and Joseph is this thing strong, heavy and alot of bolts. My arms are stiff from installing this monster. Just need my new skids. Thanks @Plumber32 for the suggestion 👍

from what Im told. I guess that area can be an Achilles heal depending where and how you ride. For a 100$ good insurance

Got the Tusk lower doors on. There steel so very sturdy. They have a door seal on them. Kinda funny, they dont do a whole lot. Just keeps some lower crud from entering i guess.

Those openings are meant for crossing streams, creeks with strong currents. If the water rises, the water goes right through your SXS and prevents the water from dragging the SXS down stream. Just food for thought .

Those openings are meant for crossing streams, creeks with strong currents. If the water rises, the water goes right through your SXS and prevents the water from dragging the SXS down stream. Just food for thought .

Thanks for the insight. Im fully aware of your theory. In Your State where you have alot of that type of riding I can see that.Here We have Sandy snowmobile trails and muddy swamp here not so much of the streams to worry about. I go through creeks and streams like the hillbilly car wash at RRB with my pioneer and 90% sealed doors with mo issues. Id expect the same. Plus it can get quite cold up here in the great white north lol

It was very awesome. Lots of speed very nimble in the woods where I was driving pretty comfortable. I would say though that it does need some tender springs to start with particularly in wash boarded areas it really jolted you. Otherwise everything was as Advertised. It was a lot of fun. Was able to put 40 miles on it today and basically figure out some little quirks here and there that I need to make some adjustments on. Otherwise it was a fantastic run

Yeah, it really sucks that Honda can’t put a suspension on that gets you a ride like other brands do and you have to throw more money at an already expensive SXS right off the bat…
