The only thing I didn't care for on the new 1000s was the rear ROPS. So, after seeing another member list a pic of his removed, I decided to follow suit. I think it looks way better. Also, I removed my side panels because Thurs is supposed to be nice and I wanna go to the mtns if I'm able. After removing them, I honestly think I like the look better than with them on here. What y'all think?

There's a few trails I avoided last time due to worrying about scratching the paint lol. With that problem solved, I'm gonna rip them up Thurs if I get to go. I'll try and shoot couple of vids

if you like it that is all that matters. Those plastic panels are relatively cheap! And its plastic not paint. You can scratch it all the way through and it wont matter. Up to you! Thats why its you machine. Either way you do it rip some s*** up!!!!

I didn't mean paint literally lol but I got your point. You also brought up another great point about the panels. The price. New plastic for my Foreman would run around 700 bucks.

How are the body clips held in place for the door plastics?
They look to be pressed in but I could be wrong. I'm gonna install m6x12mm bolts in the clips before I ride to keep mud/grit out.

Great idea especially if you are worried about scratching them up. I like it better with the ROPS removed also....
