RMATV is now using a new shipping company

AND THEY f***ING SUCK . I was promised to get my tires today and now it’s maybe tomorrow. I love my friends here but it’s f***ing hot and I was supposed to go meet a buddy at a higher elevation in Idaho who I’m now going to miss seeing. I came in a day early as well from cooler temps. Their tracking info sucks too. I’m done ordering from RMATV. Every time I order something from them, they screw up my orders. This new shipping company normally delivers to California. But I’m in Washington!!! Now my tires are in Nevada. I ordered them on Friday. Assholes!

I everything I’ve ever ordered was always a day or two late from them. Windshield on my 700 was broken on arrival.

They were great with shipping my wheels/tires quick, but FedEx f***ed up my delivery. They scanned all 4 as out for delivery so I took off work to make sure they didn't just sit at my front door all day. Well around 2pm two of the statuses changed to delivery exemption and said they wouldn't be delivered until 2 days later, yet the last location was the FedEx hub 15 minutes from my house. I drove over there and there was one lady working in the warehouse who was nice enough to go look for my "delivery exemptions". She found both of them and said they probably scanned everything as they were loading and then these wouldn't fit on the truck so they just left them there. WTF?! Only good thing to come of it is now I know they'll let me put packages on hold there at the hub for pickup.

I live just a couple of hours out of they Payson location so I've been pretty lucky with next day delivery. Usually it is fedex to me so they must have different carriers. Hopefully they get it straighten out for you. Don't want to go to Idaho anyways. Super smokey. We were supposed to be about 100 today, but with the smoke and haze were in the lower 80's. Not that I'm complaining too bad.

Sounds like what USPS does...i absolutely loathe the postal system...which is what 90% of my Amazon delivery seem to be as of late.

Finally they came, but not in a shipping truck or anything like that. A Mini van delivered them by a middle eastern dude. Now if somewhere will change them...this is Ontrac for you. Pure professionalism...
