What size tires? They don't look too big. You pack a lot of weight? I don't think they should be rubbing from what I see. Looks like an LE. Are your shocks set on the softest setting?
These tires do not rub but I will be getting some new ones that are much bigger and I think they will rub without portals so was curious if anybody found a way around it I had my shocks set to medium stiffness but I just moved them to stage 3 high stiffness

Adjust the preload on your shocks. You might need to get some wheel spacers also. That's what I had to do to keep my 28x 11 ITP Blackwaters from rubbing that bar

and depending what your doing, new arms would help you alot as well. Im running true 30’s with spacers, arms and preload adjust and get into some narly stuff and negative on the rubbin.

How big is "much bigger"? Cause like they mentioned, a set of spacers will fix it (most times)

My 30's rub that tube, the bottom of the doors, the underside of the bed and the door pivot bolts. I have about 3" of preload in my Elkas and I rarely run with any rear payload more than a couple kids. I don't know how you will clear 33's
